Garden Committee

Did you know Good Hope has this committee? Well, it does now. If you have a passion for gardening or a budding green thumb, we would love for you to join us.

Thanks to our wonderfully generous neighbors, $1,115 was donated in 2011 in support of the Front Entrance Project. Thanks very much to Johanna Brown and her husband, David and their family. With energy and enthusiasm, Johanna took this on as her "personal project" and didn't quit till it was completed. Thank you to those who "helped" and "suggested" and "signed up" for a week of watering and weeding over the next few months.

Going forward, the money left from donations will be designated for Park Funds. This fund supports improvements or enhancements to Durkin Park including the grounds, pavilion and play area as well as any of our other common areas like our front entrance.

For those of you who really wanted to donate and didn't get the opportunity, please feel free to add a Park Fund donation to your annual dues check in any amount you wish when you give it to your block representatives as they collect annual dues over the next 7 - 10 days.
